You excel in a startup environment, are passionate about results, and enjoy finding creative ways to improve complex problems.The Senior Program Manager will be a strategic partner to several teams including: Communications, Employee Experience, Inclusion, Diversity & Purpose, Learning & Development, Legal, Onboarding, People Partners, People Services, People Systems, Payroll, Total Rewards, and senior leadership. You have experience building large-scale programs and forming relationships across the organization. You will be critical in developing thoughtful, efficient, and scalable programs and processes aligned with our employee value proposition to enable us to reward, retain, and develop our accomplished team. The Discord People Programs team is looking for our next Senior Program Manager to lead program design, execution, and evolution of our Talent Management programs.
